JK Fenner implemented the Powertrain Hybrid X-Panel for Dell, Chennai’s vertical storage system, integrating PLC, HMI, and VFD functionality to streamline automated material retrieval. The solution enables faster retrieval through optimized rotation, smoother and quieter operation, improved space utilization, and more reliable system control, while reducing panel space and supporting third-party software integration.

JK Fenner transformed a conventional Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) into a safer, more efficient material handling system through PLC, Hybrid HMI, and P2 VFD automation. The upgrade enabled precise floor-level positioning, integrated safety interlocks, and smoother operation, reducing lifting cycle time by over 18% and energy consumption by 35%.
